Flourishing with Elm + Oak

We take pride in offering beautiful market bouquets at various markets throughout the season. I have found guests to be extremely supportive and desire additional ways to show support.

I have been researching ways to expand my offerings beyond the market bouquet. I discovered that the Luffa Gourd grows well in the PNW and can be harvested, dried and incorporated into soap bars.

In 2022 I grew my first batch of Luffa Gourds. Luffas are fascinating. They grow vertically supported by trellis. Once harvested and semi dried, I removed the outer layer of "skin". They contesting, seeds removed, then sliced like a loaf of bread.

At the start of a new year, I committed to Athleisure Collective. Founder, Briana is a first class entrepreneur with a vision for mindful movement, cultivating community and sharing positivity.

At one of the AC Wellness workshops I had the honor to meet Anne Marie of Elm + Oak. A Camano Island soap Artisan. I immediately noticed Anne Marie's pride of ownership and quality craftsmanship.

Later, I approached Anne Marie hoping she would entertain the idea of our collaboration. I am not a soap maker nor do I aspire to be. Why not partnership with Anne who can create small batch soap and incorporate my farms luffa! I believe we are stronger when we cultivate together.

We custom designed a three bar set just in time for Mother's Day. Pink Peony, Lavender and Lilly Luffa. These bars smell amazing!

Anne Marie was a joy to work with. She brought my vision full circle! The ingredients are top shelf and align with my brand. Ingredients include: Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Essential Oil, and more.

This small batch luffa collection is available wherever "Little Bloom" markets. Look for us at The Arlington Farmers Market Grand Opening May 13th!

I look forward to continuing to Flourish with Anne Marie of Elm + Oak!

Keep Flourishing friends!
